John's school Vacation Started on the 5th of may and school started on the 12th of June How many day a vacation did john have ? ​

Given Data: 5th May, 12th June.

To Find: John Vacation Days.

Solution:

• John's vacation started on $5^{th}$ of may.
• Calculating days for May month, 31 - 5 = 26 days.
• Include the day on $5^{th}$ May so 26 + 1 = 27 days in May month.
• Calculating days in June month, $12^{th}$ of June the school started so till $11^{th}$ of June John was in vacation.
• In June Month only 11 days was the Vacation.
• Hence the total days of Vacation for John was 27 +11 = 38 days.
