Answer:

(a) y+4=-4

y=-4-4=-8

(b) Arrange the data in ascending order

17,18,24,25,35,36,46

Middle value is 25 is median

(c) Let the angle be a, then

a+a=90

2a=90

a=90/2=45

(d) Let the integers be (-p) and (-q). Then it is given

(-p)-(-q)=-8

-p+q=-8

q-p=-8

p-8=q

Let p=-2, then

q=-2-8=-10

Ans: -2 and -10

you can take any negative number for p

for example

take p=-1, then

q=-1-8=-9

Ans -1 and -9
