Given that,

Time required = 5 seconds

To find: Distance between Nita and that Lightning

So,

Velocity = Distance / Time

346 m/s = Distance / 5 seconds

Distance = Velocity * Time

Distance = 346 * 5

Distance = 1730 meters

Therefore, the distance of Lightning from Nita is 1730 meters.
