Given

No of variations in 3 seconds = 1500

Finding Frequency

(A)  No of frequency in 1 second = 1500/3 = 500

So , the frequency = 500

Finding wavelength

(B) we know that

The distance covered by compressive and a adjacent rare fraction be 68

Therefore wavelength = 68 cm

Finding velocity

(C) Velocity (v) = Frequency * Wavelength

                         = 500*68

                         = 34000 cm / sec
