Here, Frequency 'f' = 500Hz

Wavelength'a'= 80cm= 0.8m

Since, Velocity 'V'= f×a

V= 500×0.8

V= 400 m/s

Now distance, = 1km = 1000m

So, Time = distance/velocity

Time =1000/400

Time = 2.5sec
