A Sound wave has a speed of 700 m/s .If its wavelength is 35 cm , what is its frequency ?

freqency×wavelength=speed
therfore correct answer=2000Hz

Speed, V = 700m/s

Wavelength,  λ = 30cm
                          = 0.35m

Speed of the wave = Wavelength x Frequency
         
               V = 
 λ x v
         
              700m/s = 0.35m x Frequency
   
 Frequency = 700m/s / 0.35m
                       = 2000Hz
