SPEED = WAVELENGTH × FREQUENCY...
650m/s = 40 ×f
650/40 = F
16.25m = F

THANKS FOR THE QUESTION

============================

VELOCITY OF SOUND(v)= Frequency (f)* wavelength

(putting value)

650 = f*40

f= 650÷40

f= 16.25 Hertz

HOPE IT HELPS
