A sound wave of frequency 500 Hz. Covers a distance of 1000m in 5 sec. Find
the no. of wave produced in given time.​

↪thus for that we have to find the wavelength first thus ...

↪we know that ....

↪V = n lambda

↪So speed = 1000 ÷ 5 = 200 m/s .. substituting we get as ...

↪200 = 500 lambda ..thus here lambda = wavelength ..

↪So lambda = 2/5 ...

↪So we know that wave number = 1/ lambda x diatance ..

↪wave number = 5/2 × 1000 = 2500 waves ..

↪⭐thus the number of waves will flow = 2500
