v=f x lambda
60=60xlambda
wavelength=1m
In cm....w=100 cm

The wavelength of the sound wave in centimetres is 120.

Explanation:

As we know that one wave is equal to one wavelength so the wavelength of the sound wave.

To find, the wavelength of the sound wave in centimetres = ?

∴  The wavelength of the sound wave in centimetres

=\dfrac{60\times 100}{50}

=60\times 2=120

= 120

Hence, the wavelength of the sound wave in centimetres is 120.
