Velocity of given sound wave = 330m/s
given wavelength = 1.5cm = 0.015m.

velocity of sound = wavelength × frequency
therefore frequency = velocity/ wavelength.

hence frequency of given sound wave = 330/0.015 = 22,000Hz.

No, it's not audible because the audible range for humans is 20 hz to 20,000 hz and this given wave has higher frequency than our audible range so it's inaudible to us.

frequency = velocity/ lambda or wavelength

                  = 330/1.5 * 10 raised to the power -2 ( bcoz wavelength is measured in m and 1cm = -2 m )

                   = 22000 Hz

it will not be audible to humans as normal audible range for humans is 20 Hz to 20000 Hz
