Here , p = power of source = 60W = 60 j/s

L = wavelength of light emitted = 7000A°

E = hv = hc/L

= 6.62× 10^34 × 3 × 10^8/7× 10^-7

= 2.837× 10^19 j

using formula n = p/E = 60/2.837×10^-19

n = 21.15×10^19 Answer
