A special two-digit number is such taht when the sum of its digits is added to the product of its digits,the result is equal to the original two-digit number.​

x+xy=10x
x(1+y)=10x
1+y=10
y=9
x(1+9)=10x
0=0
which means that it is true for any value of X
The number is 10x+9 where x=1,2...9
