Answer:

Explanation:

Cooperation enables people to set aside their differences and arrive at a mutual solution for achieving a common goal.

The society cannot exist without cooperation. Consensus holds society together and it is cooperation which points up and strengthens consensus.

Cooperation makes possible division of labor and specialization of function. The modern technological advancement, which requires specialization of skills and functions, is increasingly replacing direct cooperation by indirect one.

Answer:

a headteacher in a UK primary school, I believe one of my most important roles is to build a community based on a set of core values. This is crucial for developing healthy, happy children who hopefully will take this learning forward into life beyond school. We are a Church of England School but these are not solely Christian values. Their strength is they are relevant to people of all faiths and no faith.

I don’t think it matters which list you choose…. I think the important thing is that you HAVE a list!

We have 22 core values – this gives us one a month for two years with August off! We aim to add more resources each month as we explore each value….

The list comes originally from a book called “The Quiet Revolution” by Frances Farrer concerning the work of Neil Hawkes.

For some time now I have been sharing assemblies on these themes as we devise them for my school. You can find them on Assembly Tube – search for my username “culdrum”. My hope with this blog is to bring them together and, perhaps, to encourage others to add to them.

Thanks!
