Hey, Friends, I am here now in front of you to say a few words on the topic "Music and Culture".  This is an ocean of a subject. Yet I will try to put forward my opinion.

What's music?

Music is a pleasing arrangement and flow of sounds in air that vary in a rhythm and systematic method.  Music is also an art or skill that musicians possess and make the audience enjoy their performance.

Then what's culture?

Culture comprises of all the good ways of living of people in a civilization.  Culture consists of the beliefs, customs, traditions, ethical and moral values of groups of persons.

A few more words:

Music is the one of most important boons of Gods, through which people enjoy most of their leisure time.  Music is the  subject that classifies all the rhythmic sounds into a system, that can be learned and practiced.

People with similar culture live together in general.  People of a region have a culture that evolves over many decades.   Culture also means various performing arts like dance, instrumental music, singing, painting, drama, creating writing, craft making, debating, elocution and many more.  These are often characteristic of a civilization.

The social and intellectual advancement and maturity of a civilization is assessed by its culture.

Conclusion :

Often a man's culture makes him what he becomes and is recognized as.  Man and animal are same with out a proper culture.   The greatest boon of God to human beings is that we have voice and can create, sing and enjoy music.  Let us uphold our music and our culture.

Add these proverbs in to the speech

Without culture, and the relative freedom it implies, society, even when perfect, is but a jungle. This is why any authentic creation is a gift to the future. - Albert Camus

Every man's ability may be strengthened or increased by culture. -  John Abbott

Culture is one thing and varnish is another. - Ralph Waldo Emerson

CULTURE -  The mildness of the Indians has continued till date, despite the aggressiveness of the Muslim conquerors and the reforming zeal of the British, the Portuguese and the Dutch. The Indians are noted for their humanness and calm nature without any harshness in their principles and ideals. India is a conglomeration of men and women of various castes and creed. It is a fusion of old traditional values and the modern principles, thus satisfying all the three generations in the present India. The Elite businessman and the common vendor on the road share the same news and worship the same deity .India’s one billion people have descended from a variety of races. The oldest ones are the Negroid aboriginals called the Adivasis or First settlers. Then there are the Dravidians, The Aryans, the Mongols, The Semites and innumerable inter-mixtures of one with the other.
