Hello everyone! Today I stand upon here to a deliver a speech on the topic, "Exploitation of incompetent ones by competent ones".
The competent ones are those persons which has the ability and skills to do something well. And the incompetent ones are does which lacks the required skills to do something.
The competent ones exploits the incompetent ones. Due to this the incompetent individuals loses their self-confidence. They get totally depressed and begins thinking that they are of no use. But we know that each and every person in this world has different talents in different or various fields. They may show their incompetency in a particular work but they may be competent in another skill or work. So it is very bad to underestimate the incompetent ones. However, we should prevent such kinds of exploitation and encourage the incompetent ones so that they have the self-confidence to do any work.
