fundamental rights are also called as soul of our constitution. Because they contains the most important rights .Such as.right to equality, right to freedom ,right to exploitation ,right to freedom, religion ,culture and education and ,right to constitutional remedy .the right to education was included under the right to freedom in the 86th century.

And the fundamental rights are the basic rights of every citizen.In the absence of these rights mans social and spiritual life would be no more. Each of the fundamental law has its own importance .These are the basic rights of every human being.Ensure to follow it....

Fundamental Rights find a place in part 3 of the constitution of India ... These rights give people a protection from oppressive government and place a duty on the government to uphold them ...They are so important that if they are violated by the government , any person has a right to approach the higher court or the supreme court directly without going to the lower. courts for the relief......
