Hi mate here is the answer

Question:-

A sphere and a right circular cylinder of the same volumes. By what percentage does the diameter of the height?

Solution:-

We know that ,

Volume of sphere = 4/3πr^3

where π = 22/7

r= radius of cylinder

and, Volume of cylinder = πr^2h

Where r= radius

And π = 3.14

Given:

Volume of sphere = Volume of right circular cylinder

So,

4/3πr^3= πr^2h

4/3r= h

r= 3h/4

Multiply by 2 both sides.

2r= 2×3h/4

D= 3h/2(since, diameter=2r)

Let h be 100%

D= 3h/2 = 3×100%/2= 150%

Required difference = 150% - 100% = 50%

Thus, Diameter of a cylinder exceeds its height by 50%.

Hope it helps you..!!
