a sphere is incribed in a cylinder .Is the surface of the sphere equal to the curved surface of the cylinder?of yes,explain the reason​

Yes the surface of the sphere equal to curved surface area of the cylinder.

surface area of cylinder=2pi × r^2 ×h

h=diameter of cylinder/sphere

=2r

therefore surface area of cylinder=2×pi×r^2×2r

=4×pi×r^3

which is equal to the surface area of sphere that is 4×pi×r^3
