a sphere of diameter 25cm is half full with acid, all of which is drained into a tall cylindrical beaker 16 cm in diameter. what is a depth of acid in the beaker?

R of sphere=25/2
Let h is the height of acid in the cylindrical beaker
1/2vol. of sphere=vol. of cylinder
1/2*4/3*25/2*25/2*25/2=8*8*h
2/3*25/2*25/2*25/2=8*8*h
h=625*25/3*4*8*8
h=20.3cm
