Step-by-step explanation:

bigger circle touches smaller circle

so bigger circle radius becomes tangent to smaller circle

tangent=90degrees

so it forms a right angle triangle

so it is in cos ratio

cos c=adjacent side to angle c /hypotenuse

cos c=7/hypotenuse

c=60°

cos60°=7/hypotenuse

1/2=7/hypotenuse

hypotenuse=1/2=7/1 (cross multiplication)

hypotenuse=14

radius=hypotenuse of bigger circle

so radius=14
