Hi Friend ,
The surface area of a sphere is 4πr2So half a sphere is 2πr2If the surface area of half a sphere is 56.57 cm2, we can solve for the radius, r. 56.57 = 2(3.14)r2r2 = 9r = 3 Now the volume of a sphere is v = 4/3 πr3v = 4/3 (3.14)(33) = 113,04 cm3

Wish it helps : )

Formula we will be using:
(i) Surface area of a sphere=4 \pi r^2
(ii)Volume of a sphere=  \frac{4}{3} \pi r^3
--------------------------------------------
Given, curved surface area of the half sphere=56.57cm^2
Let the radius of the sphere be r.

Then, curved surface area of the half sphere=  \frac{\text{Surface area of sphere } }{2} = \frac{4 \pi r^2}{2}=2 \pi r^2

According to problem,
2\pir^2=56.57
Divide both sides by 2:
 \pi r^2= \frac{56.57}{2}
 \pi r^2=28.285
Plug in  \pi = \frac{22}{7}
 \frac{22}{7}r^2=28.285
Multiply both sides 7:
22r^2=197.995
Divide both sides by 22:
r^2=8.99977≈9
Square root both sides:
r= \sqrt{9}=3

To find the volume of the spherical ball, plug in r= 3 and \pi = \frac{22}{7} in the volume formula:
Volume of the spherical ball
= \frac{4}{3} \pi r^3
= \frac{4}{3} * \frac{22}{7}  3^3
=113.14 cm^3

Answer: 113.14cm^3
