A spherical ball of mass m=5kg rests between two planes which make angles of 30°and 45°respectively with the horizontal. The system is in equilibrium. Find the normal force exerted on the ball by each of the planes. The planes are smooth.​

the pressure exerted by the planes making an angle 30° will be

5  \times sin(30)  = 2.5 \: newton \\  \\ and \: on \: the \: plane \: making \:an \: angle \: 45 \:  \: is \\ 5 \times  \cos(30)  = 4.33 \: newton
