Here is your answer > >

Radius of spherical ball=3cm

Since the ball is recasted into a cone

therefore, The volume of spherical ball=Volume of cone

Volume of spherical ball=4/3 pie r^3

=4/3×22/7×3×3×3

=113.142 cm^3

Now, Radius if cone=Radius of spherical ball=3cm

Volume of cone=Volume of spherical ball=113.142 cm^3

1/3 pie r^2 h=113.142

1/3×22/7×3×3×h=113.142

h=113.142×3×7/22×3×3

h=17.9999=18 cm

Hope it helps!

Answer:

Height of the cone = 12cm

Step-by-step explanation:

Volume of spherical ball,

                                    V = 4/3\pi(3)³ cm³

Volume of Cone,

                                    V = 1/3\pi(3)² h

According to question,

                          4/3\pi × 27 = \pi/3 × 9 × h

                              4×27/9 = h

                                  h = 12cm..
