Answer:

given =  atmos =125 atoms

            radius = 140pm

to find = diameter of the particle.is close to wavellenth ?

solution=

volume of copper particle = 125 × vol of one atom.

                 \frac{4}{3 }πR³       = 125 ×   \frac{4}{3 }πR³

                              R = 5r

                              r= R/5 = 140/5×10⁻¹²

                              r =28 x 10⁻¹²

                           diameter = 2 x radius.

                           diameter  = 2  x 28 x 10⁻¹²

                           diameter  = 56 pm

the closest wavelength of diameter of particle is 56pm.
