HEYAA..!!
.
.
VOLUME OF SPHERICAL VESSEL = 4/3×pie×r^3 = 1/6×pie×d^3 = 1/6×22/7×21×21×21
=441×11
=4851cm^3

VOLUME OF CYLINDRICAL NECK = pi×r^2×h
= 22/7×2×2×7 ( d=4 cm hence,r=2cm)
=88cm^3

Total volume of vessel =volume of spherical vessel + volume of its cylindrical neck
=4851+88
=4939cm^3

HENCE,total amount of water it can hold is 4.939L or 4.94L (1 liter=1000cm^3)
