4/3×22/7×r^3 = 22/7×r^2×h

4/3×r^3=7^2×9 since diameter of vessel is 14cm

r^3=(49×9×3)/4

r^3=(49×27)/4

r=cube root (49×27)/4

r=3cube root49/4 cm
