radius(r)=5cm

Spinner is divided into 5 equal parts

therefore angle B=72°

area of each sector=B/360*(Pie)r^2

=72/360*22/7*5*5

=15.71

It may be useful!

Answer:

given \: radius \:  =  \: 6.5cm \:  \\ angle \: of \: circle \:  = 360 \: degree \: \\ area \: of \: circle \:  = \pi {r}^{2 }  \\ area \: of \: sector \:  =  \:  \frac{x}{360}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  {r}^{2} ..(0 =  \: angle \: subtended) \\  \frac{5}{360}  =  {72}^{0} \\ so.. \frac{72}{360}  \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times  {r}^{2}  \\  \frac{1}{5}  \times 3.14 \times  {6.5}^{2}  \: \\  \\  =  =  = 4.082 {cm}^{2}

HOPE IT HELPS :)
