while stirring the sugar in the water it is observed that:
1) the particles of sugar dissappear beacuase they get in the intermolecular spaces of water
2) the water level will not increase beacuse when the particles of sugar get in between the intermolecular spaces the height is adjusted and hence the height doesnt incease
hope ur happy with the answer

1. The crystals of sugars will slowly disappear because sugar is soluble in water and hence its crystals dissolve when stirred.
2. The volume of the solution will increase. Due to addition of sugar molecules into water the overall volume of water will increase and now it is more than 500ml.
