The new time period of oscillation will be  T_{new} = T/2

Hence option  (3) T/2    is correct.

Explanation:

For a given spring block system, Let the spring has spring constant 'K' and block has mass 'm'  , then its Time period of oscillation is given by

             

                               T = 2π\sqrt{\frac{m}{K}

Concept :

       If a spring having spring constant 'K' is cut into 'n' equal parts, then spring constant of each part is given by 'nK' .

In this question spring is cut into four equal parts, then spring constant of each part will be '4K'.

and when block is attached to one of the part, its new Time period of oscillation will be T_{new}  = 2π\sqrt{\frac{m}{4K} } = (2π\sqrt{\frac{m}{K})/2

                              T_{new} = T/2

Note : Time period of oscillation of a spring block system is same for horizontal and vertical configuration.
