we know, spring force , F = -Kx here K is spring constant and x is elongation or compression of spring.
Here you should remember when a spring cuts then you should take F remains constant . Then , \bold{K\propto\frac{1}{x}}
Means if you cut spring of spring constant K into n parts then spring constant will be nK .

Hence, spring constant of each part will be nK
