Using the formula,

Time Period (T) = 2π√(m/k)

Since, time period of the spring mass system does not depends upon the acceleration, thus time period remains the same.

Time period of the simple pendulum changes due to change in acceleration. It is spring-mass system, in this, T does not depends upon acceleration.

Also, Time period = 1/Frequency,

since Time period does not changes, therefore frequency is also constant.

Hence, Option (c). is correct.

Hope it helps.
