Hey dear,

◆ Answer-

v = 5 m/s

◆ Explaination-

# Given-

k = 1000 N/m

x = 5 cm = 0.05 m

m = 0.1 kg

# Solution-

When spring is released, its potential energy is given to the ball in form of kinetic energy.

P.E.(spring) = K.E.(ball)

1/2 kx^2 = 1/2 mv^2

v^2 = kx^2 / m

v = x √(k/m)

v = 0.05 √(1000/0.1)

v = 0.05 × 100

v = 5 m/s

Therefore, ball moves with velocity 5 m/s.

Hope this helps you...
