Where  M is the mass of the fish

K is the force constant

x is the length of spring extending from the mean position

Given :

Now using eq (1) we get

Mg - 600 x 0.075 = 0

=> Mg = 600 x 0.075

=> Mg = 45 N              [the value of g is taken as 10 m/s²]

=> M = 45/10 = 4.5 kg

So, the mass of the fish is 4.5 Kg.
