Given:-

✒Distance cover by sprinter runs = 100 m=Distance (d)

✒Time taken = 10 s ( t)

In m/ s

 \frac{d}{t}  =  \frac{100}{10}  = 10 \: metre\: per \: second

✏10 m/ s

Now in km/ h

  1. 100 metres in 10 seconds
  2. 600 metres in a minute (100*6)
  3. 36,000 metres in an hour (600*60)
  4. 36 kilometres in an hour (36,000/1000).

So in km/ h = 36km/h
