constant speed for next 5s and then retards at 5m/s2

to finish the race. Draw the velocity time graph for

the motion of the sprinter. Find (i) the maximum speed during the entire run (ii) total time taken for the

entire run (iii) total displacement covered.​

S=S1+S2+S3

20×25=12×5×(25−t2)2×2+5(25−t2)t

∴ t = 15 s...
