P of square = 4s

s = 60 cm

P = 60×4

  = 240 cm

Length of rectangle= 80 cm

Breadth = b

Perimeter= 240 cm

2(80+b)=240

160+b=240

b= 240-160

 = 40 cm

Breadth = 40 cm

Area of square = s×s

                         = 60×60

                         = 3600 cm²

Area of rectangle = l×b

                              = 80×60

                              = 4800 cm²

4800>3600

∴ Area of rectangle is more by 1200cm
