a square and a parallelogram have the same area if the side of square is 48 metres and the height of the parallelogram is 36 metre and the length of the corresponding base of the parallelogram​

area of square = (side)× (side)

=48×48

2304

so area of parallelogram = length× breadth

= 36×breadth= 2304 so breadth = 2304 ÷36

= 64
