a square and a rectangle each have a perimeter of a 40m the difference between area of the two figures is 9m² what are the possible dimensions of the rectangle?

P S =40+40+40+40=160cm

P R =2(l)+(b)2=2(l+b)=2(10+b)cm

∴160=2(10+b)

⇒80=10+b

⇒b=70cm
