Perimeter of square:-

As we know that all sides of square are equal do if one side is =60 m then all four sides will be equal to =60m

Perimeter= 4×side

= 60×4

= 240m

According to question both have same perimeter

so one length of rectangle= 80 m and let breadth = x

Perimeter= 2×(L+B)

240= 2× (80+ x)

240/2= 80 +x

120-80= x

40= x

Area of square= Side× Side

60×60= 3600m²

Area of Rectangle:- L×B

40×80

3200m²

Thus rectangle has more area than square
