perimeter of square is =perimeter of rectangle

4L=2(l+b)

solving we get

breadth is 40 cm

area of rectangle is 3200

area of square is 3600 hence ara of square is greater than area of rectangle

perimeter of of rect.=2(l+b)

=2(80+60)

2*140=280

area=l*b=60*80

=480m2

area=side2

=60sq.=360m2
