A square and rectangle has same perimeyer calculate the area of rectangle if the side of squares is 40cm and the length of the ractangle is 60cm

length of the rectangle=60cm

perimeter of rectangle=2(l+b)

160=2(60+b)

160/2=60 +b

80=60 + b

80-60=b

20=b

therefore,b(breadth)=20

Area of rectangle =l×b

= 20×60

=1200cm2
