We know,

$\rightarrow$ That perimeter of square is 4× side

$\because$ perimeter of square is 4× 60 = 240 cm

Given that,

Perimeter of Square is Equal to Perimeter of Rectangle

$\because$ = 2(l+b)=240

= l+b=120

= 80+ b= 120

$\because$b= 40 cm.

Aea of square = ${side}^{2}$

Area of Square = 60×60

$\because$ ${3600 cm}^{2}$

Area of Rectangle = Lenght × Breadth

Area of Rectangle = 80× 40=${3200 cm}^{2}$

$\because$ The Square area is more by

= 3600-3200= ${400 cm}^{2}$
