A square courtyard has an area of 59 m^2. If the area of the path uniform width surrounding outside the courtyard is 120 m^2. Find the width of the path. PLZ SOLVE THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AND DONT SPAME. CORRECT ANSWER WILL BE MARK AS BRAINLIEST

Since we know that,

Area of outer Park - area of inner park = area of path.

Area of inner park = 59 m²

Area of outer park - 59 = 120 m²

Area of outer park = 120 + 59

Area of outer Park = 179 m² _(i)

In Inner Park,

Length = breadth .

Side² = 179 m²

Side = 13.4 m

In outer Park,

Length = breadth

Side² = 59 m²

Side = 7.7 m

Since we know that,

Outer length = inner length + 2( width )

Let the width be x,

13.4 m = 7.7 m + 2x

5.7 m = 2x

2.85 m = width.
