Step-by-step explanation:

One side of square field = 130 m

Perimeter of square = ( 4 × side )

= 4×130

= 520 m

It had to be fenced three times .

So, wire needed = 520 × 3

= 1560 m

Cost for fencing 1 m = Rs 4.50

Cost for fencing 1560 = 1560 × 4.50

= 7,020 (Ans)
