b). Cost of fibered wire at rate of Rs 25/m.​

Given :-

• Side of square = 20 m.
• Cost of cultivation = Rs.50/m².
• Cost of fiber wire = Rs.25/m.

To Find :-

• Total cost of cultivation and fiber wire. ?

Solution :-

we know that,

• Perimeter of square = 4 * side .
• Area of square = (side)² .

so,

→ Perimeter of square = 4 * 20 = 80 m.

then,

→ Length of fiber wire which was fenced three times = 80 * 3 = 240 m .

therefore,

→ Cost of fiber wire = Rate * Total length of wire = 25 * 240 = Rs.6000 . (Ans.)

also,

→ Area of square = Area of cultivation = (20)² = 400 m².

hence,

→ Cost of cultivation = Rate * Area of cultivation = 50 * 400 = Rs.20000 . (Ans.)
