A square field of side 25cm . The cost of raising a lawn at the the rate of Rupees 2 per square metre.find the cost of raising lawn on the whole park.

here's ur answer...

given the side of the square field is 25cm = 0.25m

area of the square field = side²

= 0.25 × 0.25

= 0.0625m²

total cost of raising the lawn at the rate of ₹2 per m² = 0.0625 × 2

= ₹0.125

given that each side =25cm

So ,
Area of square = side×side
= 25×25

= 625
in meters = 625 /100

0.0625

if cost of rising the lawn is 2 rs. /m
then ,
total cost = 0.0625×2=0.0125rs.
