Given,

Area of square= 196 cm^2

We know, Area of square= (Side)^2

Therefore x^2=196

             X=14cm

Given,

Diameter = Side of the square

Therefore, radius = 1/2 side

                             = 1/2 *14

                              = 7 cm

Circumference= 2 pi * radius

                       = 2 x 22/7 x 7

                        = 2 x 22

                        = 44 cm

Area of circle = pi * (radius)^2

                       = 22/7 x 7 x 7

                       = 22 x 7

                       = 154 cm^2
