----------------------------------------

Here is the solution:

----------------------------------------

Find the ratio of the square:

Area = Length x Length

Area = 10 x 10 = 100 cm²

Find the largest possible radius:

The largest possible circle will be one with a diameter 10 cm

Radius = Diameter ÷ 2

Radius = 10 ÷ 2

Radiu = 5 cm

Find the area of the circle:

Area = πr²

Area = π(5)²

Area = 550/7 cm²

Find the ratio of the circle to square :

Circle : Square = 550/7 : 100

Multiply by 7:

Circle : Square = 550 : 700

Simplify by dividing by 50:

Circle : Square = 11 : 14

Answer: The ratio is 11 : 14
