Given :-

  • A square has the perimeter 56 m

To find :-

  • Find its area and the length of one diagonal correct

Solution :-

let the side of the square be X

perimeter = 56m

4(X) m = 56m

side of square = 14m

area of square = (side)²

= (14)²

area of square = 196cm²

length of diagonal of square = √2 side

= √2 × 14

= √14² × 14²

= 19.7m

so therefore diagonal = 19.7m
