A square notice board of side 50cm has seven notice of dimensions 12cm *10cm and nine painting on square sheet of side 10cm . find the area left uncovered on the notice board

area of notice board = 50cm× 50cm

=2500cm^2

area of seven notice = 7 × 12×10

=840cm^2

area of nine painting =9 × 10 ×10

=900cm^2

the area left uncovered on the notice board =2500 - 840 - 900

=760cm^2
